This information includes name, email address, postal address and phone number, and assists us in processing your order. e-Zegarek.com does not sell, trade, rent or release your personal information to others.
2. Pricing Policy
We at www.e-Zegarek.com sell only original, brand new products. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of 22% VAT.
3. Forms of payment
We accept all major credit cards. Bank-to-bank wire transfers are also accepted as is Cash On Delivery inside Poland. Currently it is not possible to send COD shipments internationally.
Financing via Żagiel S.A. is available to residents of Poland only.
4. Delivery
Your watch will be delivered via the chosen method of shipment.
5. Returns and Refunds
We at e-Zegarek.com offer you 10 days to change your mind on any of your watch purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, the watch must be in brand new condition, without any bracelet links taken out and must be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase (bill).
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order via e-mail or phone, provided the item hasn't been shipped yet. |
